  We traveled around Scotland for a week. We stayed in 4 different hotels. All were top rated and recommended by our travel agent. This hotel was our least favorite. We paid 240 pounds for the luxury room. No breakfast, newspaper, fruit or bottled water was included. For the price we paid, some of these items should have been included. To make matters worse, our room was located above a wedding. The band played until midnight. Although the room was modern and spacious I would not recommend this hotel at the rate we paid.
  UPDATE : After complaining about the noisy band the night before, management reduced my room rate and removed the breakfast charge. Thank you management.

  Attended hotel for a conference (day visit only). Good venue with plenty of breakout rooms. Buffet lunch was excellent. Parking a bit limited though.

  This one is an old fashioned traditional hotel.
  Beautiful interiors
  Lovely gardens everywhere
  Also the food quality is very good.
  But the most striking feature is the excellent staff. They are really helpful and a hardworking lot.

  Fantastic. Love this hotel. Every time I return, i'm surprised and delighted by the rooms. The garden rooms being my favorite to date. Complementary facilities include a decent sized gym, pool sauna. There's also a spa facilities available. Staff are always friendly and polite.
